For the sake of art you are going to have to forgive me for posting feminine hygiene products on my blog!!!! Pretty spectacular, no?!! Made entirely from tampons! Eeek....

Chandelier #24 - Aye Aye Captain

A unique chandelier in a simple room by Lila Diallo found on Apartment Therapy. You are almost transported back in time in a modern kind of way. Now off to scrub my decks...

Chandelier #23 - Recycled Bike Chains

Hubby sent me these fab bike chain chandeliers via Lost at E Minor by artist Carolina Fontoura Alzaga.

My morning started well before 6am - ughh after only getting back in bed at 3am. My head feels like lead.. I think I will be on the go-slow today. On the upside we have a date night tonight... if I can keep my eyes open at dinner :-)

Chandelier #22 - Champagne Glasses

What a sensational event idea, as seen on the Amy Atlas blog. I bet the risk management policy for that event was a fun one! One would hope that if you got the job of champagne/ribbon hanger that you would be a very skilled knots-man/woman! It reminded me a little of this....

Did you ever see the flying wine angels on Oprah that time? Girls on harnesses who fly around wine towers collecting whatever it is that you wish to drink for dinner! I bet that bottle of red just got more expensive!

Chandelier #21 - Felt

Marble Chandelier by Christopher Labrooy found on Innermost. Made from Synthetic felt - very impressive.

The lamps cast an interesting pattern on the wall which looks cool but might annoy me after a while.

Chandelier #19 - artic pear

I found this cool chandelier from Ochre, its called the arctic pear double wave chandelier. Designed for a private residence in France - oh la la. It has been fun looking for different chandelier designs! So many creative ideas out there. I hope you aren't bored with this series yet, I'm not.

Chandelier #16 - All the way from Venice

It was lovely for Posie to think of me while she was swanning around Venice with her handsome soldier! This lovely cream chandelier is all the way from a shop in Venice - taken from the window. Look at the lovely reflections of the gorgeous buildings in the glass *sigh*

Chandelier #15 - Bakery bling

This Chandelier is in a bakery near us at the Fruit and Veg market! Mum and I shared an expensive but disappointing Frangipanne tart there when she came to visit and help me out with Josiah. I snapped this pic while enjoying our lovely coffee's.

Chandelier #14 - Canning Jars

Chandelier again from Pottery Barn, well it is more of a pendant! I am on a home-wares binge this week - in my head anyway :-) I have 'moving' on the brain... still waiting for our pre-settlement inspection date before we can get packing! *sigh*

Chandelier #11 - Oragami

Yes I am taking the Chandelier concept rather far again but aren't these beautiful... I saw them on Lovely Clusters who saw them somewhere else... and so forth!

Speaking of Lovely Clusters, Rachel has exquisite taste and has a bounty of stunning photos she has gathered on Tumblr too. Enjoy..... but be warned you might stay a while and get lost in the sheer beauty of them all....

Save the Date & Chandelier #10

I am loving these save the date keys - what a cute idea... could be used for anything really, not just weddings! Photographed by Olivia Leigh, this wedding has so many very cool props in it because it was shot at Architectural Artifacts!

Since there was a cool chandelier shot, I thought I would include this as #10 in my Chandelier series!! These mirrors also made me smile because my Grandmother has an old hand held mirror and it reminded me of her.

Chandeliers #9 - Candlelight

{image: Bonnie Tsang}

Well I am not sure if this exactly qualifies as a Chandelier... but hey, it's my series :-) This was a lovely idea captured by Bonnie Tsang Photography for a beautiful but very expensive looking wedding in the US. More photos on Bonnie's website and also on Jonathan Canlas' site (who was the official photographer).

Chandeliers #8 - Gummy Bears

Yes, you read right! This entire chandelier is made out of gummy bears by artist YaYa Chou! How funny! Personally, I prefer shiny glass but this was so clever I had to share it in my chandelier series! Is it just me or is anyone else thinking about the big pile of gummy goo on the ground once the heat sets in?! ha ha

Chandeliers #7 - for the nursery

How adorable is this little chandelier to add some bling and class to your nursery :-) Some more amazing photos of Jenny's daughters bedroom here. Another amazing photographer that captures children beautifully! I love the idea of incorporating a birthday cake into the photo shoot - a winning combo I think! (You'll have to check out her site to see what I am talking about!)

Chandeliers #6

{Image}

I am enjoying finding different photos of chandeliers - while this one isn't spectacular it is beautiful all the same and the blue tones reflecting onto the glass really make the photo don't you think?

Chandeliers #5 - candles and spirits

Another unusual chandelier, this time from Hudson Furniture in New York. I don't think I would want this hanging in my house but it would be a conversation starter for sure and look impressive in the right spot. Makes me want to say, "Faaabulous daaarling"
