Like my new EARRINGS ?!

I love how a lil' bling can transform an outfit or jazz it up.
The Bay always has great sales on jewelry and shoes and I just happen to have to walk through The Bay to client offices and to reach the +15 system... I snagged these little dandies for only $16.99 yesterday- regular $48! I am going to wear them to Foreplay Friday tonight as the theme is "Little Black Dress".. Can't WAIT to get our LBD's on ! :D

HauteLook

Somehow www.hautelook.com has eluded me until today... Have you been to this site?! I just signed up today and could not believe the deals! Here is the description:

"HauteLook is a premier members-only site that offers private, limited-time sale events on the world's best brands. Each day, members receive an email invitation to the newest, most exclusive sale events on the best merchandise for men, women, kids, home and beauty - at prices up to 75% off retail. HauteLook is free to join and everyone is welcome - there are no commitments or charges for membership"

It reminds me of Groupon in a way and there are bunch of different designers/lines that are placed on a severe discount each day. Once you add something to your cart you only have 15 minutes to check out with that item and it is placed on "hold" so that no one else can snag it from you. There are different "events" each day featuring different deals and today I saw some ladies Facebooking that Stella & Dot was on special and here is what I purchased.. SUCH A STEAL! I almost bought a pair of $550 Roberto Cavali sunglasses for $115 but restrained myself...
This is the "Uma silk wrapped" necklace regularly $120 in the catalog for $69!!! WOOP!
Here's a close up. I have a few dresses and tops that will go with this.
This is the "summer soiree bracelet" regularly $39 for $12!!!! This one sold out pretty quick. I have tons of this coral color in my closet :D
They look really pretty layered as well. I have a wooden bangle I will wear layer it with
Can't go wrong with silver hoops! Snagged these guys for $19 as well... $59 regularly!
The shipping was around $10 and there was 18% tax as HauteLook is based out of the United States... I guess their deals were smoking today but the best Canadian site is Beyond the Rack. I am currently on the "wait list" to receive these deals... Stay tUnEd...

I FINALLY WENT SHOPPING!

BAH! I've been trying sooo hard to not shop... I just got my kitchen done... new winter tires (what a crappy way to spend money... no fun.. they are not shiny at all), new fence etc... But with this snowy weather I HAD to purchase some boots to get me to work safe and warm. Right? RIGHT! Much to the annoyance of my husband.. This IS the one downfall of this shopping blog.. Good ol' Jammers logging in and actually seeing my purchases instead of me slowly integrating them into my closet and ripping the tags off... *evil cackle*...

Here is *some* of what I purchased... Once the other items have been "integrated" I will post them.. BAHAHA
I GOT MY GREY BOOTS I GOT MY GREY BOOOOOTS!!!! I am SOOO excited and they are SOOO warm on this snowy, cold day. These are Emu's wool "Avoca" boot that I have had my eye on for a few weeks. And guess what? They were on SALE! *BLISS*... I got them from Town Shoes downtown for $119.. I think that is a great deal for Uggs. Emu is a much cheaper brand than the "Ugg" brand. They were regularly $149.
Here's me in them this morning... with my leopard print tights. James was  calling me a snow leopard this morning. HEHE! Uggs are best worn with no socks. They are warmer this way and were designed to be worn without socks. Sheep wool doesn't make your feet stink either. My first pair of "Uggs" I actually helped make in Australia when I was there.. They have this great "Eagle Wools" shop in Perth and I bought them before they were even a hit in North America. I was going to call and order a pair from there but fell in love with these.
I made sure to spray them with three good coats. I want to sleep in them and walk around in them foreverrrrr TEEEHEHEHE!
I got these sexy numbers from Spring Shoes.... On sale for $69 ??? YEE HAW! I love the lace up, good tread and darkened toe. Only downfall is they are fabric and not suede but thus the cheap price.
Here they are on the snow leopard this morn. Excuse the empty wine bottles in the background.. Had 'one of those days' yesterday. I've wanted brown boots for a long time. And they are quite comfortable as well.
I also bought these earrings at Spring for $7.99
I got these for $7.99. I love the way feather earrings look.
I almost purchased these BEAUTIES from Town Shoes... They are MIZ MOOZ boots. So comfortable and amazing leather. I love the toe and scrunched ankle look... I think they would match with a lot too. They were $255 though.. SEE JAMES??? I CAN SHOW RESTRAINT!!!!!

Lia Sophia Jewelry!

One of my best friends, Kylie, started selling Lia Sophia Jewelry. Lia Sophia is relatively new to Canada but it is HUGE in the States- the biggest jewelry distributor in fact. It is bought through a consultant or via a jewelry party similar to Pampered Chef and Tupperware. I think that the product is fantastic. Everything has a lifetime warranty and I like the fact it doesn't tarnish because it is not stainless silver- I HATE polishing jewelry. If you host a jewelry party you get SO MUCH FREE STUFF!
We had a party on Friday and here is what I purchased. I love shiny's!!!!
These are called the "Lia Bangles". They also come in gold with burandy, green and gold. I think they will match a lot of stuff!
I wear a lot of purple so I thought I would get some good use out of this "Terrain Ring"
Apparently I was in a bracelet mood wowza... This is called "Fruity Pebbles" and I have the matching earrings so I had to get the bracelet toooo.. The earrings match everything so I am excited to get the matching bracelet :D
This is the "Tulle Bracelet".. Another cuff that will match with lots of stuff!
This is the "Merlin's Touch" bracelet.. I loooove it. I really wanted a gold cuff :)

AIYA! Normally I am an earring whore... Bracelets were the name of the game after a few glasses of vino on Friday I guess!!! Do you have any Lia Sophia jewelry?

The Best Jewelry Cleaner!!!

My husband got my engagement and wedding band from Birks in Calgary and I LOVE my rings! It was always really important to me to like my rings because I have to wear them for the rest of my life (hopefully) and my mom never liked her wedding rings and still complains about them.

With the purchase of my rings Birks gave us their "Jewelry Sparkle" .. I'm onto my third container of this stuff and it is the BEST!!! It is only $12.00 and makes my rings and diamonds look brand new!!! I have one at home and at work and will polish my rings about once a week or every two weeks. It makes a huge difference.

All you do is pop your rings in the little basket and let them soak for a short amount of time- maybe 5 minutes max. Then you take the little brush and scrub the diamonds and polish and dry them with a soft cloth. Viola! Perfectly shiny diamonds again super quick!

Birks Silver cleaner also works better than any polishing cloth I have ever used for only $12! Try it for your self.

Sighhh.. I loooove Birks designs and the designers they chose.. They only accept a certain quality of diamond and up and I love this nautical themed set!
