Minnesota Timberwolves power forward Kevin Love had 31 points and 31 rebounds in their win against the Knicks on Friday night. This was the first 30-30 game in the NBA since Moses Malone accomplished the feat in 1982.
The Breakdown
Love has been playing well all season despite the fact that he's averaging under 30 minutes a game for some inexplicable reason. He's starting to reward fantasy owners who didn't lose faith in him with a couple of big games. This is the type of performance that should earn Love more court time from head coach Kurt Rambis. Love's value should increase if he can average about 35+ minutes a night.
