Monroe appears to have replaced Jason Maxiell as the Pistons back up center. Monroe has tons of upside because he has a good offensive game and he is one of those rare bigs that can stretch the floor. Deep leaguers may want to roster him now if they can afford to hold onto him and hope he develops into a more consistent option.
