Last year Dwight Howard won a lawsuit against Royce Reed (his baby's mother) for half a million dollars. The judgement came after Royce violated a court order that prohibited her from speaking about him to the media. Dwight is now trying to collect his $551,606.74 from Royce (or probably just trying to piss her off). Yes, he's included interest in the total, SMH!! Dwight is trying to collect all of her assets in California to make up for what she owes. I'm not sure what she has but, I'm almost positive he won't get that half a milly from Little Miss Royce. I guess that leg touching her head move she bragged about on the last reunion didn't do much for her. These two here can't seem to stand one another, DAMN!!! LOL

DOY: Dwight Howard
This is just nasty. Jrue Holiday should not be allowed to play in the NBA for a week after that dunk.

Classic DOY: Kobe Bryant
Simmons posted this in his column today and it's good enough to share with the rest of you. The top comment is Kobe Bryant baptized Dwight Howard. Great comment, I agree. This would be definitely in my top five favorite Kobe dunks of all time. Also Dwight Howard was a BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAANPPPPOOOOLE, sorry for the inside joke.

The Summer Is Heating Up
This is by far going to be the biggest summer of free agency that we seen since 1996 and to me its bigger then that summer. With LeBron, Bosh and D-Wade being talked about so much we for get about the other and the fact that not only will there be free agents signing to different team but there will be trades and "sign and trade" this summer as well. Now there seems to be some player that we all thought would be with their team to the day they retire like Paul Pierce and Dirk Nowitziki. Now both are opting out there final year of their contracts. I feel like they both are doing it to free up money for their franchises. Pierce who is going to be 33 years old at the start of the season will be a second or third options to most of these teams out here trying to get LeBron, Wade, Bosh, Johnson, Stoudemire and some others. Lets face it Pierce is one of the oldest free agents this summer and teams are not going to throw $20 million at him to come play for them when they can throw that at one of the player I just mentioned who are younger then him. The same thing goes for Dirk he will be some teams second or third option when it comes to signing. Both Pierce and Dirk can still hoop so if they do leave who ever get them will have a very good addition to franchise.
We all know Chris Bosh is just about 100% not going to return to the Raptors. The Raptors know that and they don't want to just let Bosh walk and get nothing at all in return for him. So they are very interested in a sign and trade. This right here would be a great deal for the Miami Heat who are trying to trade Michael Beasley so they can get 3 max players. This way the Raptors can get a player in return and if Beasley doesn't work out they can choose not to resign him after this season and free up cap room for there team. So this will make the likelihood of seeing what LeBron James called "Dream Team" more then a dream but a reality. If this trade happens which I truly believe it will then the Heat will find a way to bring LeBron to Miami.
Speaking of trading the Denver Nuggets are now listening to offer for their All-Star Carmelo Anthony who will be a free agent next summer. Now the Nuggets offered Anthony a contract extension for 3 years worth $65 million. I think they expected Carmelo to sign it but as of today he has not signed. Last I heard he was going over it with his team to make sure everything was good enough for him. Now I guess the Nuggets feel like their All-Star Small Forward may want to test the market next summer. If Anthony doesn't sign the extension that means at the end of next summer the Nuggets could be without Anthony and nothing in return , so they are shopping him now. I cant say I blame them I mean the offer is on the table and if Anthony not going to sign it why not trade him and get a player or two or future draft picks. Right now it seems like Anthony will be a free agent next year so the movement we see these teams doing right now may not just be for this summer but for next summer as well.
The last thing ill talk about today will be Dwight Howard "List". I've heard that there's a few players that Howard would like the Magic GM, Otis Smith, to try and get this summer. First its Chris Paul which name keeps popping up in trade rumors and second is free agent Carlos Boozer. To mean it would make more sense to get Paul then Boozer. Paul because he can run the offense and make the game a lot easier for Howard. The reason I say no to Boozer is because the Magic are trying to make Howard that low post player so why crowd the low post with 2 players. I mean it could work because Boozer has a nice 10 to 15 foot jumper so he doesn't have to be in the post all the time. I just think Paul would be a better fit just because he has the ability to break down a defense and take some focus off Howard. If I was was Howard I would ask for some better shooter who he can pass the ball out to if and when he gets double teamed to knock down some shotsThanks again for reading and make sure you check in daily for a new post and make sure to follow me on twitter @Agent_EJohnson ............Let's Talk Basketball.

Dwight Howard Visits Sterling Cooper
(There is a knock on a door. Dwight Howard enters Don Draper's office.)

What?
Yo, man, I'm Dwight. I came down here to just show y'all how to connect with young people. It's dark in here, man, mind if I turn on the lights?
What do you need, Dwight?
I don't need much, man. I just want to dance and smile. Give me a smile.
Man, that ain't no smile. Stand up like Dwight and get a real smile going.
Close enough, bro. Now we smilin'.

Don, we need to talk. Who is this?
I'm Dwight, man.
And what are you doing here?
Just came down to hang out and dance.
Very funny.

Dwight Howard is Starting a Clothing Line
Since I started Blowtorch Consulting, I constantly get important emails asking for my opinions and advice when it comes to properly branding players. And because I'm doing the Phenomenal Swag thing, a lot of the questions I get have to deal with fashion, style, and fashionable style. Things of this nature come easily to me, probably because my mom dressed me exclusively in knickers until age 18. With that kind of background, I'm pretty proud of this news I broke in the headline.
In cooperation with Dwight Howard and adidas, Blowtorch Consulting is proud to introduce Dwight Howard's clothing line DH12. Designed jointly by adidias and Dwight Howard, this full-service line is going to be aimed at the big and tall crowd. It's going to be months before we can get this out to high-end stores, but I've got clearance to show you the first item.
This is by far Dwight's favorite piece from the line, and I've been told he wears it out in Orlando almost every night. It's nipped at the waist to give a clean silhouette, but it's sleeveless construction allows Dwight's arms to be exposed, as he insists. You can see the modest DH12 logo on the back, and the familiar three stripes of adidas on the left shoulder. Basically, it's the perfect piece of clothing for when you want to regulate your core temperature, but still show off your arms. It's priced at an affordable $399.99.
We're aiming for a September release, and I'm hoping to be able to show off some more of the samples later this summer. Be on the lookout at Hypebeast, Hipster Runoff, and High Snobiety for release information.

Dwight Howard Wants to Make History by Winning NBA Finals Game 5
"We want to try to make history," Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard said. "We’ve done a lot of things this year as far as a team and individuals and reaching a lot of different goals and breaking records and stuff like that, so why not try and do something else?" Howard said confidently on Saturday that NBA Finals will be headed back to LA for a Game 6. Orlando Magic are 3-1 deficit to LA Lakers.

Stan Van Gundy doesn’t want Magic to believe they can win NBA Finals Game 5 unless they first believe they can still win the championship. That would take a record rally—no team in 29 previous tries has won the title after 3-1 deficit in NBA Finals. Magic’s challenge might be just as hard.
Winning three straight against LA Lakers is another story. Even so, Dwight Howard and Orlando Magic believe they can be the first NBA team to mount such a comeback. So, watch NBA Finals Game 5 this Sunday to see Howard making history.

Magic Won 108-104 over Lakers
At last Dwight Howard and Orlando Magic won a game in NBA Finals after seven tries on Tuesday night Game 3. Magic has lost the first two games in Los Angeles' Staples Center: Game 1 by 25 points and Game 2 in OT, coming within an alley-oop hoop of a victory.
Rafer Alston (pictured) and the rest of Magic team shot a finals record 63 percent to snap a six-game finals losing streak and avoid having 0-3 loss that no team in postseason NBA history has been able to escape.

Magic slowed LA Lakers' earlier party plan and even made Kobe Bryant pushed, jumping back into the best-of-seven series by posting a 108-104 victory at Amway Arena in Orlando. Orlando Magic's first-ever victory in NBA Finals trimmed Lakers' series lead to 2-1 heading into Game 4 on Thursday night.

Orlando Magic vs Lakers in NBA Finals
Orlando Magic will have to face Lakers on Thursday at Los Angeles after defeating Cleveland Cavaliers 103-90 in the Eastern Conference Finals in six games. Magic has ended Madison Avenue's dream of a Kobe Bryant's Lakers versus LeBron James' Cavaliers championship matchup.
Magic center Dwight Howard lead his team and scored 40 points and 14 rebounds while forward Rashard Lewis scored 18 points and 8 rebounds at Amway Arena. Magic earned their first trip to NBA Finals since 1995. Orlando Magic and their fans inside Amway Arena roared and partied after the winning.

This postseason, Orlando Magic have beaten Philadelphia 76ers, dethroned the defending NBA champion Boston Celtics and have burnt Cleveland Cavaliers. Now, they will have to set their sights on Kobe Bryant's Lakers.

Magic Fall to Cavs despite the Rally
Orlando Magic will be going home tomorrow to Amway Arena to try one more time to close out Cleveland Cavaliers after having Game 5 112-102 loss on Thursday night. Magic actually did an impressive comeback from a 22-point deficit, but Cavs fought to cut Magic's series lead to 3-2 in the Eastern Conference finals. Magic has already defeated Cavs twice at Amway Arena in this series. One more victory will send Orlando Magic to its second finals appearance, the first coming in 1995.

But, it's not going to be easy. Orlando Magic will have to stop 2009 NBA MVP LeBron James, who continued his best performances saving his team from losing. Magic center Dwight Howard even fouled out trying to defend LeBron.

Orlando Magic One Win Away to NBA Final
Orlando Magic defeated Cleveland Cavaliers 116-114 in overtime at Amway Arena in a tight Game 4 to take 3-1 lead in the Eastern Conference finals. NBA Defensive Player of the Year Dwight Howard scored 10 of Magic's 16 points in overtime.

Cavaliers' LeBron James tried to redo his Game 2 heroics. Spinning through the air, James’ 3-pointer looked good, but this time his shot at the buzzer missed. It was Magic time. James scored 44 points, his third 40-point plus outburst of the series, but was just 13-of-29.
Orlando Magic, who won a Game 7 in Boston in the last round, now just needs one more win to close out Cavaliers in Cleveland on Thursday night to go to the NBA Final.
