After being a DNP Sunday night against the Kings, Detroit Pistons forward Austin Daye was back in the starting line up the very next night against the Golden State Warriors. Daye put up a respectable 14 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists.
The Breakdown
The switch on Sunday night appears to be match up driven. That's the only explanation we can think of. For this reason, Daye and Maxiell may move in-and-out of the starting line up in future games, hurting Daye's moderate fantasy value. This is a situation we'll continue to monitor until we get a better understanding of what exactly head coach John Kuester is doing.
