Royal Wedding

With the royal wedding less than 48 hours away we take a look at royal wedding favors and a royal comic book, and wonder why on earth nobody can tell us anything about the music selection for the wedding.
Item 1: The Royal Comic Book: Coming down a (store) aisle near you: Thank you to the comic book and graphic novel publisher Bluewater Productions for the Kate and Will drawing to your right. The company is releasing “The Royals: Prince William & Kate Middleton,” a 32-page comic book for $3.99 (the 40-page collector’s edition is $7.99). The book chronicles the couple’s 8-year-romance. This is not the first time the company has profiled a royal. “Female Force: Princess Diana” was published in August 2009.
Item 2: The royal wedding favors. Here’s something we hadn’t yet considered: Royal wedding favors. But Us magazinehad the scoop — VIP guests at the royal wedding will receive limited-edition scarves as a memento of the big day. The scarves, made by Centex, an apparel company based in India, have a Union Jack pattern with animal print and they are actually kind of awesome. (See for yourself what they look likehere).
Item 3: Fake promises. One bit of information that has not yet leaked: the music that will be played at the wedding. We know who will be playing it of course — the London Chamber Orchestra, but despite headlines like “Prince William & Kate Middleton’s Secret Wedding Music Decisions” (People) and “Royal Wedding Music Choice Details Revealed” (Perez Hilton), nobody seems to know anything. {Of courrse we did speculate wildly ourselves too.] But hey media — don’t flaunt it if you don’t got it.
