Getting to Know....The Best Hitting Pitchers

Now that we are ways into the season, we are finally starting to get enough information to evaluate one of the most intriguing yeary races in all of sports: The Silver Slugger for Pitchers. The Silver Slugger award for pitchers has been an almost dynastic progression throughout the years, with 5 repeat winners winning 19 0f the 27 awards. Five current pitchers have won the award in the past, so since history would say that someone from that group will again win the prize.
