The NFL's Supplemental Draft is being held this Thursday. There are a number of prospects that have declared for the draft, including impressive Maryland OT Jare....

Hey! Seriously, don't fall asleep on me. While many fans view the Supplemental Draft as an inconsequential part of the NFL offseason, looking back at the history of the Supplemental Draft reveals that there really are some diamonds in the rough.
